Clients:

Storage period: no longer than necessary, during the agreement and 7 years after completion of the project.
Reason: to be able to call the client and emailing; to carry out a service assignment; to send a newsletter; handling a payment; to deliver goods; or to make tax returns that are required by law.

Producers/ suppliers:
Category personal data: first and last name, address (of the company), fixed line telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, Chamber of Commerce number, bank details of the company, VAT number, website.
Storage period: no longer than necessary.
Reason: to be able to call the producer / supplier and emailing;  to carry out assignment or service; to send a newsletter; handling a payment; to deliver goods; or to make tax returns that are required by law.

Potential customers:
Category personal data: first and last name, address, (of the company), fixed line telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, website.
Retention period: as long as the contact can mean something. This is reviewed every 5 years.
Reason: to be able to call and enamel for a new assignment; to be able to send a newsletter.

Newsletter subscribers:
Category personal data: first and last name, email address.
Retention period: as long as subscriber is subscribed to the newsletter. At the bottom of every newsletter is the option to unsubscribe from newsletters.
Reason: sending our newsletter.

Sharing personal data with third parties
studio JanJannes will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide these if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. studio JanJannes remains responsible for these processing operations.
